These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made on yournamecode.com and to the use of the website and its services. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the site.
YourNameCode offers digital numerology services, including:
Reports are generated automatically using numerology calculations combined with AI-assisted text generation (Anthropic's Claude API). The content is intended for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (see section 11).
Some features require a free user account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@yournamecode.com.
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include VAT where applicable. The total price, including any taxes and fees, is shown clearly before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Your order is binding once payment has been authorised.
After a successful payment you will receive an order confirmation by email containing your order number and a link to your report. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@yournamecode.com.
Delivery is fully digital. Reports are made available immediately after payment, both on the website (via the link in the order confirmation) and as a downloadable PDF. There are no shipping costs.
Under Danish and EU consumer law (Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(13), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU article 16(m)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is supplied other than on a physical medium, when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By placing an order and ticking the relevant box at checkout, you (i) expressly consent that delivery of your digital report begins immediately after payment, and (ii) acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal.
Although the right of withdrawal does not apply (see section 8), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your report is not delivered, is technically defective, or differs materially from what was advertised, please contact info@yournamecode.com and we will either resend the report or refund the purchase price.
You have a statutory right to complain about defects for up to 24 months from delivery, in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven). Complaints should be made within a reasonable time, normally within 2 months after the defect is discovered.
All content on yournamecode.com, including texts, articles, reports, design, graphics and source code, is the property of YourNameCode or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a report, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own private and non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or otherwise make the report available to third parties without our prior written consent.
You agree not to (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the site, or (d) use automated tools to scrape or copy content.
Numerology is a metaphysical and interpretive practice. Our reports are provided for personal reflection, inspiration and entertainment only. They are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, financial or career advice. You should always consult a qualified professional before making important life decisions.
You use the information in our reports entirely at your own risk and discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, YourNameCode is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill or losses caused by reliance on the content of a report. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law (for example, liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud).
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations to the extent that performance is prevented or delayed by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or hosting outages, power failures, strikes, cyber attacks, pandemics, or actions of public authorities.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
These Terms are governed by Danish law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be brought before the competent Danish courts. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which can be accessed at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers in the EU can also file a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority via forbrug.dk.
